Fractional Project Assessment

It is very easy and quite common to blame underperforming sales numbers on the current economic situation.  However in the fractional ownership business, there can be many other factors involved that might be magnifying the situation, making sales even more difficult.

In today's environment, what developers need is a comprehensive yet inexpensive review of their project so they can be sure that it is positioned for stronger sales.  It is a possibility that key mistakes have been made already.  Often times those mistakes can be identified and eliminated with some simple tweaks in the reservation system or sales methodology.

Pierce Group's Fractional Project Assessment is an independent and confidential examination of a fractional ownership project from a design, sales and marketing perspective.

Most development teams fall into one of the following scenarios:

  • Have embarked on the process on their own and require professional input on their project without having to commit to large professional fees and sharing their sales revenues
  • Have hired a fractional consulting firm but would like a third party's analysis of the key elements of the project and recommendations to improve
  • Are in the pre-development stages and would like expert advice on the viability of a fractional project in their particular location but do not have funds currently available for comprehensive and in-depth feasibility studies.

Pierce Group's Fractional Assessment will answer many questions such as:

  • Is our reservation system really the right one for this location?  Is it too confusing?  Is it too restricting?
  • Do we have the right sales team in place to not only explain the product but to close buyers?  Have they been trained correctly on common objections?
  • Is there a sales process in place to help the sales team focus on the right leads?
  • Is our marketing message the right one?  Are we spending our dollars in the right place?  Are our intercept marketing techniques effective?

The Fractional Assessment will provide an overview of where the developer is on target and where he or she has steered off course.  The assessment will address the following key elements of the fractional project:

1)      Sales

a.      Sales team

b.      Sales process

c.      Sales plan

2)      Marketing

a.      Marketing plan

b.      Target market

c.      Messaging & materials

3)      Product

a.      Reservation System

b.      Location

c.      Physical product

The Fractional Assessment fee is $5,000 plus all reasonable travel expenses for one full day of on-site professional analysis and a written report with findings and recommendations.
