Pierce Group, LLC is a full-service consulting firm with a focus on the design, sales and marketing of Private Residence Club developments. All of our efforts are concentrated on increasing sales velocities, resulting in lower expenses and carrying costs and higher profits for our clients.

Prior to launching Pierce Group, Eric Pierce was responsible for all aspects of Private Residence Club development as Senior Vice President for DCP International. Working side by side with developers, he was responsible for club design, budgeting, pricing, sales, marketing, hospitality management and legal registration.

The most crucial element to any successful real estate development is sales and Mr. Pierce has invaluable frontline sales and sales management experience in all vacation home ownership industries. In addition to his experience with Private Residence Clubs, he has an intimate knowledge of the Destination Club industry. In 2003 he was retained by Exclusive Resorts, LLC to help them grow from a small startup company of six employees to the industry giant they are today. Mr. Pierce has also served as Real Estate Director for The Leading Residences of the World prior to its merger with Quintess.

Mr. Pierce is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
