The most crucial element to any successful real estate development is sales and Pierce Group has invaluable frontline sales and sales management experience in all vacation home ownership industries. In addition to Private Residence Clubs, Pierce Group has intimate knowledge of the Destination Club industry. In 2003 Eric Pierce, founder of Pierce Group, was retained by Exclusive Resorts, LLC to help them grow from a small startup company of six employees to the industry giant they are today. Mr. Pierce has also served as Real Estate Director for The Leading Residences of the World prior to its merger with Quintess and was Senior Vice President of Project Development for DCP International.

Mr. Pierce is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
